Every 2nd and 4th Monday - EX, PL, TQ, TR1-20, TR26-27 postcodes. Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday - TN. Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday - CA, LA, LL15-16, LL20-78, SY17-20, SY23-25. Every 1st and 3rd Thursday - NE19, NE48-49, NE61-71, TD.

The following postcodes are very far from our warehouses so we use an external courier to deliver them. AB, DD1-11, DG, EH, FK, G, IV1-63, KA1-26, KW1-14, KY, ML, PA1-38, PA80, PH1-50. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following areas.

Please make sure it is up-to-date when placing your order. They will carry in and assemble your sofa in any room of your choice for free. Flat pack deliveries are to doorstep only.

Our drivers do not take away the packaging, so we ask that you dispose of it yourself. As it is all plastic and cardboard, you can recycle it! Q: I have placed my order online, what happens next?

A: Once you have chosen your new furniture and placed your order, you can leave the rest to us. If we are unable to reach you, we will drop you a message. Q: What day do you deliver to my area?

A: We deliver to a different area of the country each day so we can fulfil all our orders. Send us a message with your postcode and we can tell you what day we are in your area. A: It depends on the furniture you have ordered.

If you order a sofa, we will send a two-person team who will carry the furniture to any room of your choice and assemble it for you. Flatpack furniture are doorstep deliveries only.

Q: Is there any guarantee on my furniture? A: All our furniture is covered by a 12-month manufacturers guarantee (subject to terms and conditions). A: We deliver during weekdays only between 7am and 7pm. Please note - we do not take away the packaging, so we ask that you dispose of it yourself.

Products must be in an unused, brand-new condition, and wrapped in sufficient packaging. Please ensure the product is sufficiently wrapped.
