Cushions (MAKE to ORDER) for Ercol Tub 305 chair. New fabric - " Colours of Nature " - is in stock. The current photos feature quality of our work. New photos featuring cushions made of different colours are. Fabrics samples are on request.

Fire-resistant fabric & foam cores. The cushions are hand-crafted in our family workshop in St Albans. The chair in the photo is not included. The cushions fit the model 305 also known as'Tub Chair.

This armchair can be equipped with 2 types of cushions - a cushion for the seat and a cushion for the back. We make and sell either a set of 2 "seat and back cushions" or one "seat only cushion". The cushions are filled with fire resistant high-density foam core wrapped into polyester wadding (dacron) and stockinette to ensure the cushions do not go flat and do not lose height over time.

Attaching cushions to the chairs. The cushions are fixed to the chairs with straps and press studs and can be detached for easy dry cleaning.

The seat cushions come with 4 straps/press-studs to attach the cushion to the base studs screwed to the bottom of the seat. The back cushions come with 2 straps/press-studs to attach the cushion to the base studs screwed into the back of the char. Foam core inside of the fabric cover.

The seat cushions come with a 9 cm foam core wrapped into polyester wadding and stockinette to ensure the cushion does not go flat and does not lose height over time. The back cushions come with 1.5 cm reflex memory foam wrapped. Into polyester wadding and stockinette. Please check the photos to be sure how press studs and base studs look like. If your chairs have different base studs (we found that some older Ercol chairs - 50 years old or older - may have different studs), we recommend replacing them with the standard base studs. This requires 2 minutes DIY job per chair - it is that simple. We sell standard base studs in our listing at this link.
